The Columbus Organization is expanding its team of psychologists in the Great State of Indiana. Interviews now being scheduled for Staff Psychologist at inpatient mental health facility in Richmond, IN


Richmond is located in east central Indiana where “Indiana and Ohio meet” and is a two time award winner as an “All America City”.

Ideal candidate should have hospital or inpatient experience in the areas of individual and group counseling as well as strong general assessment experience.


The position offers highly competitive annual compensation and sign on bonus and complimented by a fully loaded benefits package which includes: medical, prescription card, vision plan, dental insurance, short/long term disability, 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, full malpractice insurance, $50,000 life insurance, $1000 annual CME allowance, reimbursement for licensure/certification, relocation assistance, and generous paid time off.

Requirements:

  • Doctoral Degree in Psychology

  • Licensed in Indiana with HSPP

  • Ability to supervise Masters Level clinicians and practicum students, if applicable

  • Ability to effectively utilize required hospital technology

  • Ability to perform essential duties with minimal supervision

  • Inpatient hospital experience preferred
