East Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program
McLean Hospital is seeking to fill a staff psychologist position in the 3 East Outpatient Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for adolescents and children. The candidate will be responsible for administering care within the DBT structure offering individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy, leading skills groups and providing skills coaching to both adolescents and parents. This person has the responsibility to provide clinical services for assigned patients, as well as to participate in the activities of the program. He/they/she is encouraged to participate in other hospital activities including committees, teaching, and research.
Once licensed in MA, the candidate will be proposed for a concurrent appointment as an Instructor in Psychology in the Department of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
· Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program
· Completed an APA-accredited internship
· Experience with DBT, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family therapy
· Licensed or licensed eligible as a Psychologist - HSP in the state of Massachusetts
