SALARY: $96,765.14 - $119,095.24 annually
This salary range reflects the negotiable range for hire.
However, the top range for salary advancement is $141,427.43
The research psychologist is responsible for coordinating mental health as well as substance use program evaluation studies and research projects. This position supervises, directs, organizes, and evaluates the work of professional staff while designing, implementing and conducting system monitoring and evaluation strategies.
Education and Experience: Ph.D. degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Program Evaluation or equivalent; AND Two (2) years of postdoctoral experience in Psychological Research or Program Evaluation, including at least one (1) year of supervising experience in a research capacity.
Required Licenses or Certifications: Must possess a valid Class C California Driver’s License.
Desirable Qualifications: A valid California Licensed Psychologist Certification.
