Sarah Lawrence College Counseling & Psychological Services seeks a psychologist/clinical social worker beginning January 2019. Strong candidates with a passion for working with college students from an integrated wellness model.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills and interest in the following areas: time-limited individual therapy, group psychotherapy, mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, campus outreach, consultation and referral.
Comprehensive clinical evaluations, brief individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, mindfulness workshops, alcohol and other drug evaluations and campus outreach.
Advanced degree in counseling psychology, clinical psychology or clinical social work with current NY licensure. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with college counseling, including time-limited psychotherapy, group therapy, mindfulness techniques and wellness-based outreach. Familiarity with electronic health record systems a plus. Letter of interest, curriculum vita and three (3) letters of reference required.
