We are seeking a postdoctoral scholar who can help direct an NIMH-funded study investigating the intergenerational transmission of emotion dysregulation. A key benefit of this position includes joint mentorship in both clinical (Dr. Crowell) and developmental (Dr. Conradt) psychology. We prepare post-doctoral scholars to conduct independent research in emotion dysregulation, perinatal risk and protective factors, and emotional development in early childhood. In addition the postdoctoral scholar will receive training in grantsmanship and in conducting research as part of an interdisciplinary team. We are looking for a scholar with strong organizational and administrative skills, who is detail-oriented and conscientious and can aid in data management, statistical analyses, and who can complete manuscript drafts in a timely manner. There are many opportunities for publications and grant submissions in our active, dynamic, and collaborative lab. Opportunities to participate in other NIH-funded projects are possible.
