The Division of Developmental and Behavioral Sciences at Children’s Mercy Kansas City is recruiting a psychologist with expertise in pediatric psychology to work primarily with youth seen in our Rheumatology and Dermatology clinics. The psychologist will take referrals from other medical clinics as needed. The primary focus of the position will be clinical service delivery with opportunities for program development, research, community education presentations, and teaching/supervision in the hospital’s APA-accredited psychology internship, psychology and developmental-behavioral pediatrics fellowships, pediatric residency program, and psychology practicums. The position carries an academic appointment at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine, with rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.
