Licensed Psychologist

GDIT is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our Behavioral Health Services (BHS) team in Richland, WA. BHS psychologists are members of a multidisciplinary Occupational Medical Services team which provide services to employers and their employees at the U.S. Department of Energy's Hanford Site. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package.

The BHS psychologist encompasses a variety of duties that respond to the health and wellness needs of the Hanford workforce.  Key responsibilities include conducting fitness-for-duty and readiness to return to work evaluations with the use of psychological and cognitive testing; providing evidence-based adult psychotherapy services within the Employee Assistance Program; and providing industrial organizational psychological services that include consultation and subject matter expertise on issues of workplace wellness, team development, and employee culture.

Richland is located in southeastern Washington at the confluence of the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima Rivers. It is a growing metropolitan area in the heart of wine country with over 300 sun-filled days per year. Although Seattle is only a 3-hour drive, there are plenty of local activities to enjoy (e.g., bicycling, hiking, golfing, boating, kayaking, and much more). Quality of life is further rounded out with excellent schools, 10 beautiful golf courses, professional sports teams, theater, art, musical events, farmer's markets, and an affordable cost of living.

  • Minimum of 3 years practicing as a licensed psychologist.
  • Valid, unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in the state of Washington or the ability to obtain Washington state licensure.
