The Center for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio, is seeking 10 independently licensed psychologists, social workers, and professional clinical counselors to work either full or part-time in 2019. The positions are the delivery of direct psychotherapy/counseling services to patients, manly those referred by Central Ohio Primary Care.
Successful candidates will have basic competencies in (a) cognitive-behavioral therapy and (b) integrated care service delivery. Those without (b) will be required to complete a 3-day continuing education program on enhanced primary care co-location, provided at no-cost by CCBT. Those with pediatric or clinical child competencies or those with adult clinical competencies are particularly sought. Candidates who are already paneled on major carriers may be eligible for a signing bonus. Candidates from minority and marginalized cultures or ethnicities are encouraged to apply.
Candidates will be hired on a first-come, first-served basis, with start dates negotiated based on insurance paneling and prior existing caseloads. Compensation is competitive, dependent on insurance panel credentialing, experience, and level of competencies in CBT and integrated care. Full-time salaried positions require 35 billed hour units per week, while part-time positions are paid on a billed-hour hourly rate. Contractor positions are also available, with pay based on monthly receipts, and contractor time commitments are negotiated on an individual basis.
