What you’ll do:
Work directly with Valor’s Vice President of Product and be responsible for development of the diverse bench of Valor Performance Coaches (i.e., able to understand performance mindset skills and competencies delivered in conjunction with technology)
Refine and develop Valor coach training curriculum and protocol for Coaches of a variety of levels, education backgrounds and performance coaching experiences
Develop training and training materials to integrate seamlessly with Valor educational content and technology; conduct trainings
Organize both foundational Valor coach educational materials and continuing education materials and protocols
Assess progress of Valor coaches and provide feedback for growth, development, and success of the coaching community
Develop an engaged Valor coaching community
Build upon our strong core product, and bring it to the next level for our clients and users
5+ years of experience training performance coaches and developing coach training materials
Graduate degree in performance psychology or related field
Understanding of evidence-based practices in performance coaching, educational curriculum, and technology supported learning
Passion for developing a dynamic, engaging and impactful coaching community that supports and is supported by Valor’s proprietary software
Proven experience in a fast-paced environment where you are continually improving the performance coaching methods
Ability to make informed decisions about developing and assessing Valor coaches
Ability to work collaboratively with the team to make design and technical decisions on content
Location: Candidates local to the Boston/Greater Boston area preferred; highly qualified remote candidates will also be considered
