As a privately held company, we are singularly focused on one thing—Treat to Outcome. Treat to Outcome is a commitment to keep clients in treatment until they are able to sustain treatment gains at a lower level of care. We work tirelessly to ensure our clients are given the time, care and potential to recover fully from their eating disorders.
It takes a dedicated team of skilled individuals to maintain this level of commitment to patient care. The selected candidate will work closely with our expanding treatment team of professionals with backgrounds in mental health, medicine, dietetics, neurofeedback, yoga, martial arts, equine and animal-assisted therapy, culinary, case management, direct care, and business. Over the last two years, there has been extensive innovation and implementation to provide a more holistic approach towards all of the treatment options we provide for our patients. Our individual focused treatment plans are based in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamics and Attachment Developmental Therapies, Experiential Therapies, Neurotherapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Body Image Interventions, Mindfulness, Sensorimotor Therapy, and Psycho-Educational Groups.
We understand the value of clinical experience to provide high-quality care. More importantly, we want to ensure that the financial needs of our professional staff are met, so their energy is focused on where it matters most, patient care. As such, the starting wage for our therapists range from approximately $40,000 - $104,000 depending on the applicant’s clinical background, work experience, and licensure status. Our treatment centers are located in beautiful Cache Valley, Utah, which is renowned for being a safe community with a low cost of living.
The qualified applicant will possess a PhD, PsyD, MFT, MSW, or CMHC, and be Utah license eligible within 12 months after hire. The candidate will be internally-motivated and possess a desire to join a team of individuals focused on making a difference by creating positive long-term recovery outcomes. Those with leadership experience or leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
