Director Resident Well-Being & Behavioral Health Curriculum

Reporting to the Designated Institutional Official (‘DIO’), you will oversee the development and implementation of didactic curricula and interactive programs on Behavioral Health topics; as well as support a culture of Physician Well-Being across all system-wide Baptist Health graduate medical education programs. Additionally, you will serve as the champion for resident, fellow, and faculty Wellness in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) guidelines.


  • Doctorate and 5 years of experience required.
  • Board Certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Graduate Medical Education (GME) program or institutional administration.
  • Advanced knowledge of GME and ACGME program requirements required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence and communication skills.
