Clinical Psychologists - full-time and part-time

Partners in Parenting (PIP), PC is seeking experienced licensed clinical psychologists with excellent psychological evaluation and therapy skills who would like to join a highly regarded team in Richmond, Virginia.  Our psychologists are recognized in the community for their relationship-focused clinical approach and high-quality psychological evaluations.  

 

Partners in Parenting (PIP) is a unique hybrid of a family-centered mental health practice and nonprofit serving children and families in the Richmond metro region.  What sets us apart is our focus on supporting parents and partnering with other community providers to achieve best outcomes for children. We are passionate about bringing the best in clinical services to children and families in the child welfare system. Working as a team on shared cases, active partnership with other agencies and providers, and a commitment to the science of child development and brain research fosters a community of learning and collaboration both within our practice and within the community at large. In addition to outpatient therapy and psychological evaluations, we provide specialized attachment-based services including parent-child attachment evaluations, Circle of Security ® parenting education, and attachment-based intervention with parents. 

 

As independent contractors, PIP Psychologists are provided a consistent base of interesting referrals, assistance with scheduling and billing, access to an electronic medical record system, a wide range of testing measures, and well-appointed testing and therapy spaces. Our specialized psychological evaluation reimbursements are well above standard insurance rates.

 

 

We are looking for full-time clinical psychologists who are:

  • Currently licensed in Virginia
  • Credentialed with a range of insurance panels
  • Experienced conducting psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults
  • Experienced in evidence-based clinical work with children and families, with a particular emphasison trauma-informed, relationship and emotion-focused interventions

 

We are additionally seeking clinical psychologists interested in conducting PRN psychological evaluations who are:

  • Currently licensed in Virginia
  • Credentialed with a range of insurance panels
  • Experienced conducting psychological evaluations with children, adolescents, and adults
