The Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center is seeking APA trained Clinical Psychologist to provide mental health care to Veterans in Augusta, GA . The facility has opportunities in the following areas. Primary Care/ Mental Health Integration, Substance Abuse Clinic, PTSD Clinic and Outpatient Clinic. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Major responsibilities include diagnose and treat mental disorders through a variety of modalities and conduct psychological and neuropsychological assessments. Psychologist may be involved in program evaluation, teaching, training, and research activities.
Psychologists must possess a doctoral degree in psychology from a psychology graduate program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), and have successfully completed an APA-accredited, predoctoral internship training program or is board certified.
