The Trauma Center at JRI, a partner in the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, is pleased to announce a national search for an experienced clinician who is committed to trauma-informed practice to serve as Clinical Director (CD). As an integral member of the management team, the CD develops and maintains clinical programming, provides oversight for the daily operations of the clinic, and manages the delivery of therapeutic services and coordination of client care. To be effective in this role, the successful candidate must have a strong background in clinical or counseling psychology or social work, with administrative and direct clinical experience serving youth and families impacted by traumatic stress.
Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts as an LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist and must have training and experience delivering/supervising trauma-focused evidence-based practices.
