Miami University is currently seeking a Clinic Director (12-month, full-time staff position) to coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the clinic within the standards of local, state, and federal laws and regulations; provide training and supervision to doctoral students in culturally competent, evidence-based clinical intervention and assessment; graduate and undergraduate teaching within one’s area of expertise; supervision of a graduate student doctoral associate and senior program assistant; development and maintenance of relationships with outside entities and agencies; and assistance with ongoing clinical research.
The Clinic is the in-house training clinic for our APA accredited PhD program in clinical psychology. The position is to begin no earlier than January 1, 2020, and no later than August 1, 2020.
Require: Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution and a clinical internship, both from APA-accredited programs; licensed or license-eligible as a doctoral-level psychologist in the State of Ohio. Position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
