This clinical position focuses on providing outpatient care for patients ages 3-18 who present with a wide variety of behavioral and emotional concerns. An ideal applicant would have program development experience and be able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Opportunities for involvement in collaboration groups as well as teaching and supervision are also available. A person in this position could choose to provide group therapy services if interested and may also be asked to provide outreach services.
The Behavioral Health department provides a wide spectrum of mental health services including inpatient mental health treatment, residential and intensive outpatient AODA programing, outpatient mental health groups, as well as family, couples and individual therapy. You will join a large collaborative team including 12 Psychiatrists, 14 Psychologists, 7; Psychiatric NPS, an Addictionologist and a host of Master's prepared Therapists, Counselors and Social Workers.
