About the Organization:

Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services (CABHS) provides person centered mental health services to children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 18 who have a serious emotional disturbance and whose needs may exceed the resource capacities of their families and local communities. Children and adolescents from throughout the state are referred by county social services, corrections, private hospitals, parents, treatment facilities, schools, and third party payers. Willmar is prepared to treat young people with highly complex diagnostic and treatment needs. The average length of stay is in the range of 25 to 45 days at the 16 bed facility. We have excellent support staff and a collegial working environment.

About the Opportunity:

Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services (CABHS) in Willmar, MN has an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and talented Child and Adolescent Clinical Psychologist who wants to help lead a child specialty team in behavioral health. The State of Minnesota is investing $7.5+ million to build a new 16-bed psychiatric hospital for individuals ages 6 to 18 who have serious behavioral and emotional conditions. The funding is part of a long-term commitment to serving this vulnerable population in a state-of-the-art facility and providing exceptional care and treatment to match.
