The Psychology Department at Rowan University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to begin Fall 2020. The ideal candidate will make significant contributions to our BA/BS and our graduate-level programs: Applied Behavior Analysis (MA), Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA), School Psychology (MA), and Clinical Psychology (PhD). Research area is open but expertise in health disparities or multicultural psychology are particularly encouraged. In addition to teaching, job responsibilities include actively mentoring graduate students in research and developing an independent, externally funded program of research. The minimum qualification for the position is a doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program. ABD at time of application will be considered; the candidate’s doctoral degree must be awarded by Sept. 1, 2020. Candidates with a clinical background should be licensed or license-eligible in New Jersey within 16 months of start date.
