The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-Camden Campus invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level to start in Fall, 2020. The area is open; successful candidates will be able to teach graduate research methods in their area or advanced graduate statistics. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and masters-level courses in research methods as well as classes focused on the candidate’s area of expertise. As a research active campus, we seek faculty who will make significant contributions to research within their area.
Rutgers-Camden is a diverse, research-intensive campus of 6,000 students located in Camden, New Jersey, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. Our campus is classified as a “Doctoral University: High Research Activity” (R2) institution by the Carnegie Classification of Institutions of Higher Education. The teaching load for junior faculty is 2-2, and salaries and benefits are competitive. For full consideration, applications should be submitted by 10/31/2019.
