ASSISTANT PROFESSOR: George Fox University announces a tenure-track faculty position in the Graduate School of Clinical Psychology (GSCP) to begin in August 2019. The nine-month position includes a 24-credit hour teaching load, divided between the fall and spring semester. Responsibilities include teaching Cognitive Assessment, Comprehensive Assessment, providing oversight and supervision for students’ assessment practicum, and ability to lead a research team.
Required: Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology or related field, must be license-eligible as a clinical psychologist in Oregon, clinical experience in psychological assessment and neuropsychological assessment. The applicant will show demonstrated excellence in teaching, a record of relevant scholarship and plans for ongoing research related to psychological assessment. A commitment to working with a diverse population of students is essential; demonstrated experience in this area is preferred.
