The Department of Management at the University of Miami Business School is seeking to hire a new tenure-track faculty colleague (assistant or advanced assistant professor) beginning in August 2019 in the area of Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resource Management. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in a relevant area of scholarship (e.g., OB, I/O Psychology, HR) and preference will be given to applicants who have already demonstrated the ability to publish in top-tier management and applied psychology journals. Teaching excellence is expected at our private university where we offer classes at the undergraduate, graduate masters, and Ph.D. level.
