The Psychology Department at Missouri State
applications for a tenure-track position in psychology at the Assistant
Professor level beginning in the Fall of 2019.
Application review will begin on October 17th, but applications will be
accepted until the position is filled. Candidates must have a Doctoral degree
in Clinical Psychology or related field.
ABD will be considered with an expected completion by start date. The primary teaching responsibilities will be
courses in the undergraduate core curriculum, clinical and behavioral analysis
graduate courses, and supervision of graduate student culminating
experiences. Successful candidates may
be able to fill other departmental teaching needs including courses in the

The successful candidate should demonstrate a commitment to mentoring undergraduate and graduate student research and to the development of programmatic research in expertise area. Service is expected at university, college and departmental levels, and participation is expected in activities that contribute to the public affairs mission of the university.
