Adjunct Faculty - School/Clinical Psychology, Fall 2019
William James College, located in Newton, MA, just west of Boston, is seeking an Adjunct faculty member to teach Cognitive and Affective Bases of Behavior for students in the School and Clinical Psychology PsyD Programs for the Fall 2019 semester.
Responsibilities: The Adjunct faculty member will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of historic and current trends in cognitive and affective psychology, and to provide a foundational knowledge in how cognition and affect/emotion are integrated in human experience and behavior. The syllabus for this course has already been developed.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will hold a doctoral degree in cognitive psychology/cognitive science, or in clinical psychology with a cognitive specialty area. The course will meet on Wednesdays from 4:00 – 7:00 pm from August 26th, 2019 until December 16th, 2019.
