Randall Children’s Hospital is actively recruiting a Pediatric Neuropsychologist for the Pediatric Rehabilitation team in the only inpatient program in Portland. This position's primary focus is an interdisciplinary team approach in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, working with children and teens with conditions such as traumatic brain injury, neurological impairment, and amplified pain and somatic system/associated disorders.
Candidates must have PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology with specialized post-doctoral training in neuropsychology. Pediatric experience either during the post-doctoral period or previous employment required. Preference given to persons who have completed a formal hospital-based two-year post-doctoral training program. Responsibilities within this role include: psychological and neuropsychological assessment, psychological support/therapy, family support, behavior management and psycho-education. Oregon licensure as a psychologist by the applicable State Board of Psychologist Examiners and medical staff privileges are required to begin employment.
